Our Services

  • Outpatient Addiction Program

    Clients receive medication assisted treatment and substance abuse counseling in order to maintain their recovery. Clients are encouraged to engage in recovery activities including employment and support community groups.

  • Intensive Outpatient Program

    Intensive Outpatient treatment services assist clients as they progress through the stages of recovery and assist with developing relapse management, coping strategies and is inclusive of individual and therapy group. Clients participate in various types of groups including psychoeducational, skill development, and support groups. Clients in IOP receive pharmacotherapy and medication management, abstinence monitoring, case management, mental health services, and referrals for medical treatment. Additional resources for clients in IOP include vocational and employment services, transitional management and discharge planning.

  • Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)-Minors & Adults

    PRP services strive to promote self-sufficiency, greater choice, and greater quality of life while increasing client participation in the community. Clients receive individual therapy and the assistance of a Rehabilitation Coordinator.  The Rehabilitation Coordinator’s function is to assist and reinforce the therapeutic process by focusing on identified needs, skill deficits, and goals. Next Level Recovery’s PRP focuses on community-based services. The following community life experiences include:  community activities, vocational pursuits, development of work attitudes, employment activities, volunteerism, education and training activities, development of life skills, health and wellness promotion, access and utilization of public transportation.

  • Mental Health Services

    Clients receive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in order to maintain and/or enhance mental health. Services are provided individually, in a group or family. Clients engage in and receive medication management in an outpatient setting.

  • Primary Care Services

    All clients are screened for common diseases seen in the primary care setting such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Hepatitis, STDs, and HIV. Services include referrals to Specialty Providers and chronic disease management. This unique component of the program sets us apart from traditional behavioral health programs.
