Our addiction counselors work as an integral part of interdisciplinary care teams in providing holistic, personalized treatment programming to patients and families. Counselors provide a culture of compassion and care at our treatment centers, an environment where patients are able to build the trust, rapport, insight and given the skills they need to recover from addiction, so  they can begin their  journey of hope and healing. What's It Like Working as a Counselor at Next Level Recovery?

In addition to working with patients one-on-one and in group settings, our counselors have many opportunities to advance their skills and pursue career goals. Counseling professionals at Next Level Recovery treatment centers can join cross-functional teams to evaluate clinical operations and outcomes, hone public speaking skills by delivering presentations and lectures, and serve as advocates and volunteers at recovery community events and activities.
